- Introduction specifying objectives, methods, results,

  conclusion with subtitles in bold

- Include up to 4 keywords

- Recommended font: Times new roman, size 11, 1.5 line spacing

- Separate each of the sections of simple line

- A title in UPPERCASE

- A list of authors using the abbreviation of surnames ("Doe J. , Bach M. ")

- Institution affiliation for each author

- Indicate presenter preceeded by an asterisk
